This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed for physical products and subscriptions
for digital services offered by Eleven Digital Global Ltd.
Order Cancellation - Physical Products
Before Shipment
You may cancel an order for physical products at any time before the order has been shipped.
To cancel an order:
- Contact our customer support immediately at jiangyongxu1208@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and request cancellation
- If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
Please note that orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We recommend
contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may:
- Refuse delivery of the package (if possible)
- Return the item following our Return Policy once received
If you refuse delivery, the item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund
minus any applicable shipping costs.
Subscription Cancellation - Digital Services
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Partial refunds for the current billing period are not provided
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with the following terms:
- Within 30 days of purchase: You may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion
- After 30 days: No refund will be provided, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period
- Auto-renewal will be disabled upon cancellation request
How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:
- Account Settings: Log into your account and navigate to subscription settings to cancel
- Email: Send a cancellation request to jiangyongxu1208@gmail.com with your account email and subscription details

- Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request through our Contact Page
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends
to avoid being charged. To cancel a free trial:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends
- Use any of the cancellation methods listed above
- You will lose access to premium features immediately upon cancellation
Auto-Renewal
By default, subscriptions auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You can
disable auto-renewal at any time through:
- Your account settings
- Contacting customer support
We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews, giving you
the opportunity to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.

Service Termination by Eleven Digital Global Ltd
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or subscription if:
- You violate our Terms & Conditions
- Payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- You engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or systems
In cases of termination for cause, refunds may not be provided.
